QT player does not allow to edit these parameters, not even the pro 
version. 
Instead try PanoCube, you can set these parameters in the script file 
when you create the QTVR file.
View the pan in PTViewer.jar and use the 'v' command to get the best 
values of pan, tilt, and fov.
