Object movie fast start help

I finally got around to trying to do a good object movie...

I have had trouble getting it to do a fast start. The Blue "Q" shows up for a minute or so
while its loading on a 56k connection. I though that if an object was saved as fast-start it
should show the first frame and the user could start to turn it as it loaded in. I have tried
several different methods of saving with no luck.
Anyone with object experiance have any ideas?
