Here's one for the books . . . 

For my subject I decided to use a local place that's considered to be one of
the most haunted in the country.

EVERY initial west pointing shot came out black - the reshoots were fine.

I copied the files to my laptop, started stitching, and my hard drive
totally failed.  Died. Unrecoverable.  Even Spinrite failed to help.

Coincidence? Haunted bits and bytes?
