Extracting images from QuickTime Cubic QTVR using Movie Player Pro

Apple's QuickTime Cubic QTVR stores the six cube-face images in a
Quicktime movie in a movie track, but also creates two panorama
related tracks which limit the appearance of the images to panoramic
display. By default you can't access the six images, but this can be
overcome by the following method.
? Open the cubicQTVR movie in MoviePlayer (you need Quicktime5/6 Pro)
? Go to Movie: Get Movie Properties
o Choose 'Controller' and set it to 'Movie Controller'
? Go to Edit: Enable Tracks
o Switch OFF 'Quicktime VR Track'
o Switch OFF 'VR Panorama Track'
o Switch ON 'Video Track 1'
o OK
? Go to File:Export
? Export: set to 'Movie to Image sequence'
? Settings: set to 'Most recent'
? Options:
o Format... your choice ,
o Frame rate... Choose 'Best'
? OK
? Nominate a destination folder and 'Save'.
