Nikon lenses are called "Nikkor" in general.

Fuji's S1, S2 and S3 SLR models are all officially called "S1 Pro", "S2 Pro" and "S3 Pro". There are no sub-models.

IMHO there is a difference between "custom" and "homemade". Pls. take a look here ( http://www.dffe.at/panohead/index-e.html ): The first is "homemade", the second "custom".
BTW: My entry ( http://geoimages.berkeley.edu/wwp606/html/BernhardVogl.html ) is categorized wrongly: The images are handheld but are listed as "?" in your stats ;-)
