WWP prep server - special announcement

The World Wide Panorama Preparation Server is now open so
participants can create and edit their pages, and upload their
panoramas. It will remain open until Friday, April 6.
HOWEVER - the prep server AND the WWP server will be down all day
next Saturday, March 31, approximately 7am to 7pm PDT.
This is because the electric supply to several buildings on the UC
Berkeley campus will be temporarily shut down so a new building can
be wired in to the system. Although this building has a backup
electric generator, it is reserved for use of the Seismographic
Station, which obviously needs to be ready in case of an earthquake.
