Bad preview image crop

Hi there,
i know that the preview image is created in a (semi) automated
process. Unfortunately the width/height ration (2:1) is not
corresponding the ratio of the qtvr pano and as a result the crop of
the preview image for my contribution pano is very bad (the eyes of my
photo model are cut). Is it possible to have somebody correct the crop
manually? Who can i ask to look after it?
