Carnival

Hello,
After seeing the beautiful panoramas of Ayrton I wish to write about
my own experiences. I made some panoramas of the past carnival and now
they are ready. The best best thing to do to get good images is to be
one of the carnivalists , so therefore I dress like a carnivalist. I
wore a jacket of a brass band member and all kind of odd attributes.
The next thing to do is to become a member of the group so talk to the
people around you, make contact , i.e. I explain why I'm dressed like
this or talk about the the band or music, the price of a glass of beer
or the equipment that I'm carrying to shoot the images. Being a member
it is easy to shoot fine images and of course: I have a beautiful time!
The technical part: I use a Pentax ist Ds , 28 mm lens and a Raynox
DCR CF 185 Pro. I shoot a lot of shots in four directions and I use
four shots of these for a panorama.
