I looked at the web page posted by Yuval :

and noticed they have an Australian development and production partner, the University of
New South Wales iCinema Research Centre in Sydney. I wonder what they would make of
this sorry mess that the lead partner has got them associated with and were they party to
the breach of copyright ? I suppose that would depend on what part and at what stage
they were involved but it would be correct to assume that they knew that a large number
of panoramas would be used. Did they ask where they were coming from and if so I
wonder what reply they got.
