Let me introduce myself to this group.
Hans Molenkamp
For more then 25 years I used to work for all kinds of magazines and
that brought me to all the corners of this globe.
In the 80-ies I joined the Paris Dakar rally as a photographer for
four times and since I'm addicted to the Sahara ( not the desert, but
the Sahara). Made a lot trips there and since it became dangerous I
travelled there for different NGO's and that way had some protection.
Since the whole world of publishing has changed we had to make a
choice. Staying in Holland was no option and so I needed a better
climate for health reasons and we did searched a log time. Dry air and
warmth! We found that place in the Hungarian province of Baranya.
After leaving the Netherlands we now live in a small village in Hungary.
Our goal? To start a fresh and new life here and slowly build a new
network of customers that see the benefits of overviews made with a 20
meter tall mast. I work with a lot of different camera's, but the main
ones are Nikons. On the ground the D2X and in the mast a D100. Of
course, the D2X would provide better and so larger material, but...
just to heavy for the mast and only with very calm weather would it be
possible to use it. In my profile you can see my pages where you can
see what I create with it and in the years to follow we will enlarge
our work terrain to the countries around us.
Getting rich in the pocket is not our aim, but travelling and enjoying
live at the fullest is what we want.
