This depends on your subject. If you don't have near foreground and 
far away background in the images overlap you don't have a parallax 
problem. 

BTW: The parallax problem is independent from the stitching software 
since even the most expensive software can't invent background that 
is hidden behind foreground details but needed in the particular 
overlap.
