Hm...interesting I tested with IE 7, IE8 and had worked fine with Vista, I have had some problems when testing with Firefox and Chrome but that was fixed.

Firefox uploads with no problem. So if you are experiencing a problem,
trying a different browser may solve the problem - it did for me.
