Uploading issue

Hi Guys,
I seem to be having a problem uploading my jpeg panoramas. I'm attempting to upload images sized at 8190 x 4095 (I believe the maximum) and under the 7,168 KBytes limit.
I can select a file, click to upload and then confirm that I want to proceed. Then after a few seconds I am presented with an Internal Server Error screen.
I've attempted this with both Firefox and IE both with the same results.
