The blue is kind of dark, but needs to be, for contrast with the white lettering.
The green is the spark of life. Not too intense. Keep it.
The gray is the problem in my view. It needs to be light and neutral, but please let it be a warmer color. With the cool green and blue, how about a gray that is mauve, purple tint. If I had time I would do some color tests. Could be an old gold or umber gray maybe.
Blue sky, green grass, and some kind of warm-colored flower, please.
I've made three screenshots that show the current development of the new website:
? panorama viewing page: "big screen" variant, it collapses into a one-column layout if it can't fit two columns side-by-side
? world map (fancy zoomable stuff)
? thumbnail list - already being slightly out-of-date, the last row of thumbnails will be centered instead of staying in grid).
Color scheme of the accent colors may still change, too. I went for a sky-over-grass idea, but the green seems a bit ? intense, y'know?
