If you need a Late Edit opportunity, simply send a mail, or log in to the contribute server and press the "Need late edit" button on the first screen after the login. You'll receive a notification once the Late Edit is open (I'll send a note to the list, too).
New theme is currently being thought about, should be out soon, too.
