Page Preview is back

If you contribute to "Cities" or use late edit on "Best of 2023" (still
open for 5 days), you will have the option to preview the page as it
will appear on the published live page, with the only difference being
that there will be no adjacent panoramas. The "Page preview" button is
located at the bottom.
