It never ceases to amaze me the number of people who justify outright
theft as means to further "exposure to VR". I would encourage anyone
who participates in our endeavors, be they commercial or otherwise, to
become familiar with intellectual property and the reasoning behind it.
If these were feature length movies would you agree to have it stolen
and distributed under another person's name for their personal gain? I
think not.
We have and will always do everything we can to help the VR community.
However, should anyone decide to utilize any of our I.P. without
gaining the proper rights, they will find themselves in an
uncomfortable position.
If you are among those that think this is harmless and does nothing
more than further the cause of VR, please educate yourself and put
yourself in the position of those that make a living at this, perhaps
that will allow a new perspective on the issue.
