Rudi is right - on both counts. We need to have a small size
panorama (that is the same as your fullscreen) and it needs to be
<700k (try for <500k).
I'm not sure what is wrong with your file, but I tried downloading it
and my QuickTime Player won't open it at all saying it's 'the wrong
file type'.
Please try reauthoring the QTVR, if you do anything to it in
QuickTime Player Pro you should do a 'Save as...' and
'Self-Contained'.
