Excelent first results, great house! The stitching could be better, 
some spots ghosting but that could be the application you are using. 
Try Realviz Stitcher or PTMac(Macintosh) or PTGui(windows) much better 
results once you learn it.

As for fullscreen, I use Pleinpot really simple way to build fullscreen 
pages but only for the Mac. You can also try copying and pasting html 
from other sites and experiment.
