A little help with lighting balance please

Being, very, new to doing Pano's; I am looking for some sort of
tutorial which deals with the blending of my shots to construct a VR
Pano with a minimum of noticeable change in brightness/contrast
(lighting) between my shots.
My most recent try was to do my shots at High Noon when the Sun was
directly overhead...... what I got was not what I had planned to see.
