wwp@yahoogroups.com:
the site has begun to grow

I just finalized my own entry to the WWP-Energy site. The whole
procedure of logging in, filling in the fields and uploading the files
went smoothly. Kudos to Markus!
It was a last-minute effort, I didn't get out to shoot until late
Sunday afternoon. I had intended to shoot inside the Lawrence Berkeley
National Laboratory, but didn't start planning soon enough. To go
there, even as a visitor, now requires radiation safety training. So I
shot from the hillside above, outside the fence.
I didn't think the subject matter justified a cubic, so I shot a
cylinder, which allowed me to make a 751 kb fullscreen.
Of course now that the pano is up on the site I have spotted a
stitching error! So next week I will have to re-stitch and upload
again.
There are two dozen completed entries right now - but no hurry, there
is still a week to go before the site closes for final editing (October
7). I am looking forward to seeing everyone's interpretation of the
theme.
