Yes you can. It's even quite simple!
Double click the spot you're aiming for, so it becomes centered.
Then click "Link to this page". The URL in the address bar of your browser
will change. It contains the coordinates in the ll part.
For instance: ll=51.496561,3.610039 means latitude 51.49 and longitude 3.61.
You can enter these on the wwp prep server by pasting them in the lower
two coordinates fields and by pressing "convert".
