What the tracker shows is (I'm guessing) simply that someone from the
Kuwait Ministry of Education visited your site.
notice the /C:/sites/3sixty
This leads me to suspect that your host or server is either down or had
dropped your site. As I wrote before - it may be good to check with your
domain registrar to make sure your domain name is valid.
