he will have a problem with this URL because
128.32.102.88 is a numerical address.
the best bet is to open a free DNS account with DynDNS
(I already have one, so I can't do this).
<https://www.dyndns.com/account/create.html>
then add a host name in the free account and point it
to up address 128.32.102.88
once the host name is created and pointed to the above
numerical address, the prep server will be accessible
to everybody through that host name.
so if the host name is wwpano.homeip.net, everybody
can log in at
http://wwpano.homeip.net:8090/gen/
