Thanks a lot for taking the time to view my panoramas. I also like a lot
number 8.
I am sure you can get the same sharpness out of your Sigma 8mm F/4.
As you know that lens is not the most sharp in the market, but I found that
it has nice sharpness at the center and a soft image at the sides.
If you try your panoramas with only 3 or 4 pictures around, the result will
be very soft.
Try at least 6 or better 8 pictures around, stitch with PTGui using the
built in PTGui blender and the software will use only the center part of
each image. That way you will take the best out of your lens.

My vote is for #8.Because of the intimacy of trees and closeness you chose
for positioning.
Second is #9 just because that rock is so cool. Probably shaped a bit by the
geothermal activity you mentioned.
I wish I was getting that sharpness out of my Sigma 8/f:4.
