The final equirectangular file with 3 shots has a final resolution of 4,504
x 2,252 pixels.

I made a test last night to review the sharpness of the lens at different
apertures.
I set the Nikon D300 to Aperture Priority, focus the lens to infinity and
shot a picture with each aperture allowed with the wireless remote shutter
to avoid any possible vibration.
I liked the Aperture at F/5.0 , here you can download the series of aperture
images ( in JPEG because of the file sizes ).

what was the final resolution of this pano ?
Is it significant sharpen @ f 5.6 and below ??
