Dear to whom it concerns, including:
Petra Kaiser <#removed#> (secretary)
Bernd Lintermann <#removed#> (project responsible)
"Prof. Peter Weibel" <#removed#> (ZKM board)
Christiane Riedel <#removed#> (ZKM general manager)

I do not approve your unauthorized use of my panoramas from the World Wide
Panorama web site. I forbid you to use my panoramas and content from the site
starting now and in the future. I support any of the rest of hundreds of
panorama developers from the web site that might share my position and opinion.

Note that the WWP content is not properly called a photo. It takes much more
than a camera to create a WWP panorama. It takes more than a panorama to create
a WWP entry. The use of the term "photo" alone is grounds for a law suit.

Since you contacted me via the Internet I assert that a proper response is via
the Internet. I do not appreciate you asking me to make a statement via the
expensive postal system. In addition to not joining the WWP list as we would
like, you make barriers to our communication and our need to protect our rights
and our work. I expect an art museum to respect artists.

Sincerely,
Caroling Geary
