Ladies and Gentlemen,
I do not know if my work had been already displayed within the Globorama
project or not. But as a participant of World Wide Panorama project having
15 contributions there, I would like to state very clearly that I fully
support those of my friends and colleagues who strongly disagree with your
policy. The way how you already used and altered many of images taken from
the WWP web site is inappropriate and absolutely not acceptable.
Please be advised that I have never given my permission to use my panoramas
in your project. Please also be advised that I do not plan to give you such
a permission unless the current issue is resolved in proper manner and only
after we negotiate all the conditions of usage and agree about that. If my
panoramas were already included into Globorama project, I would like them to
be immediately and unconditionally removed from the Globorama project. I
also expect that you will not use my panoramas in any way and in any your
past, present and future project unless you receive clear and written
permission from me to do that.
I also join my colleagues and friends who expect an excuse for inappropriate
usage of panoramas created by them. I also reserve a right to support and/or
join any action, which might be undertaken by the international panorama
community against any copyright infringement.
