Mr. Mrs, and all others,
I'm a professional photographer from Brazil. I've been working as that for
the last 30 years.And that's how I pay my bills and support my family.
As a participant of World Wide Panorama project and having 15 contributions
there, I'm very upset with all this disrespectfull action at your globorama
project and I want to state very clearly and loud, that I fully support all
participants, photographers, panographers, artists, friends and colleagues
who strongly disagree with your illegal policy.
The way you already used and altered many of the images captured from the
WWP "server" is inappropriate and absolutely not acceptable. It can be
considered as a "theft" in some countries laws, as mine ...
So be advised that I have never given my permission to use my panoramas, my
sounds, my videos, not even my words, texts or my name in your project.
Never.
And also be advised that I do not plan to give you such a permission until
the current "illegal problem" is resolved in a proper way and only after we
negotiate all the conditions of usage and agree about that.
I know already that my "art", my "work", my panoramas were already included
into Globorama projects, being used in "public presentations", so I want
them to be immediately (now, at this minute) and unconditionally removed
from the globorama project.
Also note that at some of my panos were given me a special authorization to
be used only on the WWP project and on my website. So this action of yours
will probably give me a big headache to explain how that happened to those
who trusted me.
I also expect that you will not use my panoramas in any way and "never"
again, be it in your past, present and future projects, unless you receive a
clear and written signed permission directly from me to do that.
I also join my colleagues and friends who expect an compensation for
inappropriate usage of panoramas created by them. I also reserve a right to
support and/or join any action, which might be undertaken by the
international panorama community against all these copyright infringement.
