Hi all,

just a quick note to say that I had a very positive conversation with a 
lawyer representing ZKM. The next step is them coming up with a 
settlement offer. I don't have time to write a full report now. I'll 
sift through my notes and write things up tonight or over the weekend.

In the meantime, relax everybody, I believe we have a real opportunity 
to find common ground.
