Yes, in some parts of the world, the World Wide Panorama event
"Elevation" has begun.
So get out your photo-pole, kite, radio-controlled helicopter, step-
ladder or high heel shoes. Climb up the nearest tower, mountain,
church spire, chimney or ant hill. Think elevated thoughts, seek the
high ground, get high!
You may shoot for this event until Sunday midnight (local day and
time). The prep server is already open for submissions and new accounts.
We have raised the maximum file sizes, so you can get a little extra
quality into your panos.
Standard size recommended 700k, maximum allowed 1mb
Fullscreen size recommended 3mb, maximum size 5mb
Remember, though, that smaller sizes load faster and people appreciate
that.
