+1 Thanks to *everybody* for making this happen. Every contribution counts.

you're further advanced than I am ("B") and I know I will be slow, but
I'll get there.
Shameless plug: while waiting for the changes from the "late edit" to go
through, I have a thread to comment on my entry at
<http://panospace.wordpress.com/2008/07/06/world-wide-panorama-elevation/>
This is a refreshing break from the ongoing ZKM stuff.
Shameless plug again: If you have not yet done so and want to join our
action to solve the copyright violation, read
<http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/wwp/message/9713> - if you can agree
with the statement there, you are welcome to join.
We have a task force on the ground and we have retained the services of
a reputable lawyer. The next step is a legal expert report.
So far we've had two rounds, and I expect this to become a protracted
issue - whether negotiated out-of-court or in-court.
In the first round we got them to stop abusing WWP content and
"acknowledge" it <http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/wwp/message/9945>
The second round is currently closing. I've rejected an incomplete draft
not worth being called an offer and they tried to plead their case to
the community <http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/wwp/message/10114>
The community response to that has been pretty clear and I am proud of
being part of it.
In the next round they will learn that gravity law (and copyright law)
applies also to self-appointed artistic freedom-fighters.
