Hi,
as of today, the World Wide Panorama website is running on a new server at Berkeley University, with the address 128.32.102.23 instead of .25
While the change is in effect as of now (minus two hours), it might take a few hours more (or even days, depending on your computer's position in the world) for your provider's DNS to update.
With this change, Panorama of the Day and its RSS feed, and the Google Earth links, should be up and running again.
(and if by tomorrow the same panorama of the day as today is shown, I'll have to take another look ;)
