it would be set up as a business account or from your private account set up a group so people could become fans. look at how photo.net has their account set up

twitter is an option too but be reminded they both kind of need a dedicated person to work on them about 30 minutes a day in order for it to be effective. I'm still learning the ins and outs of facebook its an intriguing concept and would benefit the group in the long run IMHO.
