the date and time of almost 30 years worth of the changing of the
seasons.
This equinox is 22 September at 16:30hrs UT.
You can translate that to any other time zone with a handy calculator
at http://www.timeanddate.com/. In fact if you follow this link
(http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?day=22&month=9&...)
it will tell you the exact time of the solstice in most major cities
in the world. If your email program breaks that link try
