??. for me it's exactly the same problem !!! and I think it's the same for others who're trying now to upload their panos .
I also uploaded successfully about at 9:30 in the morning my panorama for "Necessity" event.
I went out and when I came back around 12:00, impossible to get anything else than "LOCKED" for Culture & Forest events.
The server should be opened until tomorrow september 30th / 2:00pm ( western Europe time ) .
What's going wrong ????
