The contribute to this event button should be just below your e-mail info on the top of the your previous contributions list.

Hello,
I wanted to upload a "Best of 2012" panorama, but I cant find the contribute link/ add panorama button on my personal page. Is it already active. I can only add panoramas to the "International Year of Forests" for this event there is a "Add Panorama" button.
