You don't have to do anything special to your QTVR files - the
fullscreen method used in WWPano is just a fullscreen browser window
with the VR stretched to fit so just provide a normal QTVR with enough
resolution to look good fullscreen ... its not the same as flagging a
QTVR to load fullscreen when opened in Quicktime Player.
