Email Masking

I realize that many, if not most, of us experience a great deal of
unwanted email and this is the reason we are reluctant to just
publish an email address in the normal "mailto:" fashion.
We have always intended to mask the email address from automated
email harvesters and I have a quick question about my intended method.
There are many different ways that this can be done, some more secure
than others. I've been using a JavaScript method to assemble
addresses when the page is rendered and to hide it if JavaScript is
not enabled. My understanding is that these automated email address
harvesters do not recognize JavaScript as it would drastically slow
them down.

Try viewing this both with and without JavaScript enabled to see how
this is handled.
If anyone can tell me that this won't work very well for us, please
let me know.
