Hi Steve,

It's not a "specific technology", "fullscreen" is only the outlook of a panorama at high resolution.
We still use normal SLR + fisheye.
To be fullscreen, or not, that is the question.
If your image size is smaller than 4000*2000, then your viewer window should not larger than 800*600.
If your viewing window is 1024*768, the image size should not be smaller than 5000*2500.
If you like, the image size could be much, much larger than that. It is to say, if your image size is 9000*4500, viewered at 800*600 resolution of window, that means you can zoom in the image several steps and it still looks sharp enough!
ZOOM IN will tell the difference. That not only depends on the CCD of your camera, but also the sharpeness of your lense!
Set the resolution as high as your camera allowed when you shoot:-)

  Is "fullscreen" a specific technology?
