I don't think it is MY idea ; some of us have already tried similar
setup a long time ago on film camera. What might be new is to make
panorama from it. But I'm sure someone will try with cell phone : some
of new ones have camera that reach 3Mpixels...

I used a cap of 35mm roll of film where I cut a hole in the midle to
push in the door peephole. Then I taped it in front of the coolpix
adapter ring. Easy setup.
