The only Windows software that I know of that does this is PanoLink
(http://www.panoshow.com/panolink/). It's not free, but the only one
I know of. And at $28 it's pretty much free. :)
For us Mac users the best option is CubicConnector
(http://www.clickheredesign.com/cubicconnector/). It's $79 and
probably worth twice the price.
