Mickael:

Yes, as a retired photo-journalist, I fully support Mickael.

Art, while celebrating the beautiful, may also reveal truth. Beauty
without truth can easily become merely "kitch" - sentimental and
shallow "decorative saccharine".

Looking at my own images at
http://www.uricogan.com/gallery/gal_pages/press.html I can only
speculate how much more powerful would some of these images have been
had I been able to make full panoramas of these scenes at the time.

A happy holiday season to all and my warmest regards to all. As of
today, December 22, the light is returning (in the North hemisphere)
:-)
