Bug on QuickTime 7 ?

Hello list.
Sorry for taking your attention to my panorama, but I have found what looks
like a bug on QuickTime.
On all my past WWP contributions I always used QuickTime 6.5.2
But this time after submitting my panorama I upgraded my QuickTime
installation to version 7.0.3.50
I always add the Mexican flag on my Normal Size panoramas as a little
watermark on the top - right corner.
No problem with QuickTime 6.5 but with QuickTime 7.0 the QuickTime browser
plug-in only shoes a WHITE RECTANGLE there !!!

Can you help me confirm this bug and tell me if there is a fix or work
around ?
When opening the same panorama on the local QuickTime player there is NOT
problem, I can see my flag, but NOT with the browser plug-in.
I am using Windows 2000 Pro, Service Pack 4, 1 GB of RAM and Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.1106
QuickTime 7.0.3.50 for Windows.
Is that a bug only present on Windows computers or also on Macs ?
Please let me know.
