Ciao.

Nobody experience with 15 mm fish eye and Canon full frame format? (5D or 1
Ds/Ds II)

Hi,

The 15mm fisheye on a 1.6x crop sensor camera has a f.o.v. of about 90 deg.
hor. and 60 deg. vert. I found 2 setups that work well for me. 1: Portrait
mode, shots every 45 degrees (8 around) 2 rows, 30 deg. up and 30 deg down,
1 straight up and 1 straight down, thats a total of 18 shots. What I find
easier is 2: Portrait mode, shots every 45 degrees (8 around) 3 rows, level,
60 deg. up and 60 deg down. Thats 24 total, more shots but you cover the
zenith and nadir for no patching later.

Take Care, Craig Driessen
