Sorry for being so negligent on rallying the troops for this event.
Don and I have been too busy trying to put together a physical
community! Thank you to everyone who has been helping out getting
this going and answering questions.
For our themes we lean towards as open an interpretation as you
desire. If it's not obvious how your images relate to the theme, the
caption can help quite a bit (take my panorama of a landfill for the
marketplace theme for example -
http://geoimages.berkeley.edu/wwp305/html/LandisBennett.html).
If English is not a strong language for you, I suggest translating an
English definition of the theme and seeing how absolutely wide open
it can be.
We have a physical community of panographers gathering in Berkeley
during this event. Almost 100 of us from around the world will be
together representing a community of VR Photography enthusiasts.
Plant communities are another great example.
Think outside the box. Or think inside it and find a perfect
representative of what community means to you.
As always, a caption will be greatly appreciated and help out quite a
bit no matter how *creative* your interpretation might be.
Many of us will be a little quieter on the list for this event
because we'll be away from our computers more often than normal. But
we'll be taking lots of panoramas of everything we can.
