"Summit" certainly sounds like elevation to me. One thing you can do
is explain in your description how your pano relates to the theme.
Your thoughts will help people and expand the meaning of the theme.
Another thing to do is to study panos and descriptions from a
previous theme. For example, take the theme borders. I went to the
world map and picked a dot near my location to see how that person
interpreted the scene. It turned out to be a pano of a night spot.
The photographer dances around with the camera saying he is
photographing local tourism. He explains that this "borders" on the
truth. That is a very different interpretation of the theme from my
own. But interesting and proves the point I'm trying to make, that
you can make just about anything you want of a theme.
