Ladies and Gentlemen,
After your initial letter to me and on the follow up correction
letter, it came to my attention that some of my work may been
displayed within the Globorama project. As a participant of World
Wide Panorama project I would like to state very clearly that I fully
support my colleagues who strongly disagree with your policy and the
illegal theft of our work. The fact that you already used and altered
many of images taken from the WWP web site is inappropriate, illegal
and absolutely unacceptable.
Please be advised that I have never given you permission to use my
panoramas in your project or to remove them from the WWP servers.
Also note that I do not plan to give you such permission unless the
current issue is immediately resolved. If my panoramas were already
included in the Globorama project, I request them to be immediately
and unconditionally removed from the Globorama project, from your
servers or any in-house computers. I also expect that you will not
use my panoramas in any present or future projects, or marketing
unless or until you have received clear and written permission from
me.
I also join my fellow colleagues who expect an immediate resolution
for this inappropriate and illegal usage of the panorama images
created by our group. I also reserve the right to support and / or
join any action which might be undertaken by the international
panorama community against you for any and all copyright infringement
for past and current usage.
