Perhaps the lack thereof? I'm in Chicagoland - heaviest rain since they started measuring rainfall! Over 7" in one day in many areas. In my area, many streets are closed, my yard has a foot of standing water. It seems that the pano events coincide with really bad weather! Maybe I'll paint a room in my house!
