Exactly.  That's why I wrote a gaggle of letters encouraging people to 
not only write a description but one that tells the story of the image.

And in the end, that's what counts; *your* description of what everyone 
is looking at.

The Coast Redwoods are an *incredible* place.  There's no other word for 
it.  When you're walking around in a forest that's full of trees that 
are upwards of 3 THOUSAND years old you really get an idea of how 
insignificant you are and realize that time is fleeting, so make the 
most of it.

The next event's theme will be officially announced in a week or so (I 
like the "or so" part).  The shooting period will be just before the 
Spring Equinox, like it always is.
